Creating a New SMS to Send Static Vouchers

From this page you will be able to Select the phone number (10DLC) from which you will send your voucher, enter phone numbers to send your vouchers to, and design a message template.

You can insert keywords from a messaging keyword legend that will automatically reflect edits that you make to your vouchers as well as add an image to your message.

Preview your voucher by clicking the preview button.

Tip: Messaging a single recipient is a great way to test your content.

Steps to Create NEW SMS.

  1. Click SMS/MMS on the left-hand side of your Admin Portal and select Create NEW SMS

  2. The page for Creating a NEW SMS/MMS will appear.

  1. You have 4 selections on the top right-hand side which are Single Recipient, Recipient Lists, Keyword Subscribers, and Past Broadcast.

  2. Select Single Recipient should you want to send an SMS to a single member and select Recipient Lists should you want to send it to multiple audiences.

Sending a message to a Single Audience

  1. Select image

  2. Select the phone number (10DLC) from which you will send your voucher/sms from.

  3. Enter the mobile number of the audience to which you wanted to send the message.

  4. Create your own SMS message template and you can also select and add a media image to make your message more personalized.
    To create an SMS that will automatically update as edits are made to the associated offer, use the “Messaging Keyword Legend ” to include offer keywords and date keywords that use information taken directly from your offer or voucher.

Sending a message to Multiple Audience

  1. Select image

  2. Select a Group from the List you already have created

  3. Create your own SMS message template and you can also select and add a media image to make your message more personalized.
