Apple Wallet Your subscribers can use Apple Wallet to receive and house the offers that you create through your Wallet Inc Wallet. From this page, you can review an individual subscriber’s active or inactive status, see when they subscribed, the type of vouchers they’ve used, and more.

Cash Register A machine used in places of business for regulating money transactions with customers. It typically has a compartmental drawer for cash, and it totals, displays, and records the amount of each sale.
Cash Voucher An automatically generated discount based on rules stored within the Wallet application. Specific customer actions can trigger the generation of vouchers automatically.
Compensation (Comp) Created by a front-line employee (not the marketing team) as compensation for merchant error, or reward for observed activity.

Digital Wallet Digital Wallet, also known as e-wallet is a digital payment system that stores and consolidates the rewards a customer has from his/her favorite merchants. In the Wallet Platform, the Digital Wallet module is where a merchant can customize the outlook, integrations, and rewards that it wants their loyal customers to see.
Dynamic Voucher A time-sensitive and budget-sensitive campaign for anonymous customers to visit the merchant’s establishment.
Gift Card Gift Card is something purchased by a customer, can be reused and refilled, and is connected with a credit card. They are also transferable between customers.
Gift Certificate A gift certificate is purchased by a customer and is connected with a credit card. It contains a balance that decrements on each use until it reaches $0.00. They are also transferable between customers.
Google Wallet Your subscribers can use Google Wallet to receive and house the offers that you create through your Wallet Inc Wallet. From this page, you can review an individual subscriber’s active or inactive status, see when they subscribed, the type of vouchers they’ve used, and more.
Live Chat The “Live Chat” page is where you and your team can chat directly with your Wallet members and subscribers. The Live Chat feature allows you to maintain a Queue of live chat requests so that your team never misses an opportunity to ensure that your business is providing first class customer service.
Membership Level Created by merchant to reward customers based on their transactional history. Customer’s levels and discounts are automatically increased by our platform, based on the rules selected by the merchant.
Membership Points Earned by customer based on transactional history.
Membership Tier Created by merchant to categorize customers and their associated benefits.
Merchant Credit Created by employee, assigned to customer, and maintains a balance that can be incremented by the employee and decremented by the customer.
Navigation Menu Your wallet’s navigation menu, found in the upper left-hand corner of your customer’s wallet, can be customized by simply toggling on or off the menu items that you wish to be shown or hidden.
Live Events The “Live Events” page allows you to keep your subscribers in the loop about upcoming events at your business. Include a day and time, cost of admission, a title, and a brief description of the event to get your customers excited!

Static Voucher The “Single Vouchers” page is where you will customize and schedule your single vouchers. From this page, you will determine which member you’re going to send a voucher to, the amount you’re going to offer, and when you will send it. This is also where you will set your voucher to active or inactive, give your voucher a title, add a design, and determine where the offer is valid.
Team Member Is a member who has access to your Wallet Admin Portal, the member access can be modified by the main account holder.
TITO Ticket Tickets are created by a third-party system and are redeemable at a POS with Wallet integration. TITO is a specific type of ticket that is created by slot machines. This requires real-time integration with the originating ticket system.
Token Tokens can be exchanged for a particular product, but do not require a financial transaction.
