Chat with Your Wallet Subscribers in Real-Time
Engage with your audience when they have questions and concerns, through the Digital Wallet’s built-in Live Chat feature.
Chat messages can only be initiated by customers from inside your Digital Wallet. Once a customer has initiated a Live Chat session, simply select their phone number from the list on the left to assist them with their specific needs.
For more context about each customer, you can click their phone number above the chat window (when a chat session has been opened) to view all details about the customer. We recommend creating special vouchers for these customers, and sending them through the Live Chat feature to help establish brand loyalty. This extra gesture can result in better online reviews for your customers, since it demonstrates strong customer support practices.
The Live Chat page is where you and your team can chat directly with your Wallet members and subscribers.
The Live Chat feature allows you to maintain a Queue of live chat requests so that your team never misses an opportunity to ensure that your business is providing first class customer service.
