It is your safeguard as well to ensure that your conversations are documented and Wallet gives you the ability to review your historical data that you can use for your customer service efforts or marketing strategies.

How To Review Your Outbound Messages for Your Numbers

  1. Click on image on your Admin Portal.

  2. Select image

  3. In line with the contact number

  4. Select image

  5. You will see the Outbound Summary for the specified number.

  6. After which is you will see the Outbound messages, you can also opt to click image so you can extract data via Excel.
