Reviewing Inbound Messages for Your Numbers
Your inbound messages log allows you to review all inbound messages received for any of your numbers (10DLCs).
Once you’ve requested your new business phone number using the “Create” button in the top-right, please allow up to 24hrs for review and approval.
Links from the Link Shortener can be used in your auto-response to direct customers to promotions and discounts as thanks for subscribing. This also encourages new subscribers to become customers, by providing them with a special discount.
Pro Tip: Add a QR code and/or a 1-Click Help Desk feature to your website for mobile users, by clicking the “Help Desk Tools” button next to your number, and pasting the code into your website.
Short Codes: If your business is sending more than 10,000 messages per month, please contact us using the “Chat Now” button in the lower left-hand corner to reserve a short code for high-volume messaging.
You will then see the My Numbers Page.
One line item for your number and you will see several icons.
You will then have the Inbound Summary
And you will see the Inbound logs, you have the option to click to extract the data via CSV file format.
